Grand Prize: The Grand Prize includes the following items for one (1) Grand Prize Winner: (a) a check worth $25,000 USD; (b) a year’s supply of Gerber baby food in the form of $2,000 worth of Gerber.com gift cards; (c) an ezpz first foods set valued at approximately $38; (d) a $500 Gerber Childrenswear gift card; (e) a Mommy & Me luggage set from Beis Travel valued at $386; and (f) a Canon EOS R50 RF-S18-45mm F4.5-6.3 IS STM Lens Kit with an approximate retail value of $799.99. The total approximate retail value (ARV) of the Grand Prize is $28,724. In addition to these prizes, the winner will be appointed as the 2023 Gerber Spokesbaby and will have an honorary role on Gerber’s Executive Committee as the Chief Growing Officer for a period of up to one (1) year. As Chief Growing Officer, the winner will have the opportunity to serve as the official Chief Taste Tester, providing feedback and reviewing new baby food products to help guide future innovations, promote nutritious product growth, and showcase product quality. As part of this role, the winner will be required to: (i) participate in up to five (5) media interviews, including a live reveal moment on a national broadcast program; (ii) create content for up to twenty (20) social media posts on Gerber’s channels; (iii) make up to three (3) live and/or virtual appearances for content creation to be used in media and social platforms; and (iv) grant the Sponsor the rights to use the baby’s name, image, and likeness for promotional purposes related to this campaign.
